meeting and banquet facilities can accommodate you. Our banquet
room is ideal for vendor tables, registration and buffet lines
and easily accommodate up to 120 people. Suitable for receptions,
parties, anniversaries and business meetings.

Need space for a small meeting of 5, a wedding shower for 120
or a 20-booth trade show? Our catering and facility rental department
will work alongside you to ensure your event is smooth and successful.

in function co-ordination, we stand behind our reputation and
can guarantee professional event service at very reasonable rates.
Our facilities are located
in holiday country. We are situated only 60 minutes from Vancouver
and 10 minutes from Harrison Lake, right on the Lougheed Highway
at Ruby Creek. Directions are simple and there is ample free parking
to accommodate your entire group.
The rental fees include function set-up, staff in attendance,
iced water on tables, and post function clean up. Head tables,
display tables, P.A. system, and 110 volt outlets are available
for your use. Arrangements can be made for AV equipment on a rental
basis. An order for full service meals for the group will waive
room rental fees for 3 hours. A fee of $75.00 per half hour will
apply after the initial three hours. We welcome your inquiry regarding
menu selections.
A deposit of $150.00 is required to secure any room. This deposit
is not refundable for Saturday functions, but refundable up to
90 days prior to the function date for weekday functions. An account
will be set up in the patron’s name and all expenses will
be charged against this account. The deposit amount will be deducted
from the master bill upon completion of the event.
