Hello everyone, first I would like to say that it is
a great opportunity and privilege to work for the
people of Skawahlook First Nation. Growing up as a
Band member gave me great pleasure and I have since
enjoyed observing all the changes that have taken
place.
I have resided on Skawahlook First Nation all my
life and am honoured to be on the Council. I am
employed as a Special Events Coordinator with the
Seabird Island Band., a position I have held for the
past six years. My job involves teaching others
about our culture and traditions and is something
that I would love to share with anyone interested.
I currently hold the Education, Referral Advisory
Committee, and Finance Committee portfolios for the
Skawahlook First Nation and attend meetings on
behalf of the community. I would be open to speaking
to anyone in regards to current community events or
to listen to any comments or concerns that you may
have.
